Using Shortmade

By using Shortmade, you agree to these terms and must keep your account information accurate and secure.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain rights to content you upload and create. You represent that you have all required rights and permissions. You must follow our AI usage policy. If this policy conflicts with these terms on safety or acceptable use, the stricter requirement applies.

Generated content and AI models

Depending on the workflow, Shortmade uses Google Gemini for script and scene planning, Grok video models for video generation, and Tencent Cloud TTS voices for text-to-speech. Model versions and availability may change, and the generation interface identifies the service used for a workflow. Outputs may be inaccurate or similar to others' work; review every result before publishing.

Credits, refunds, and payment

Paid plans and one-time credit packages are described at checkout. Credits are not cash or transferable. One-time Credits purchases are generally non-refundable after Credits are delivered or used. Within 7 days of purchase, request a refund at support@shortmade.com for unused Credits when a transaction was unauthorized, duplicated, or affected by a material technical error. Include the account email, transaction or order ID, purchase date, and a brief explanation. We normally review requests within 7 business days. Approved refunds use the original payment method; consumed Credits, taxes, and provider fees are not refundable. We may deny repeated, abusive, or fraudulent requests. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.

Availability and limits

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, providers, models, and limits. Service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation.

Termination and contact

We may suspend accounts, remove content, or revoke unused Credits for violations of these terms or the AUP. Questions: support@shortmade.com.
