Using Shortmade

By using Shortmade, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and must keep your account information accurate and secure.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain rights to content you upload and create. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for your prompts, scripts, images, audio, and other materials. You may not use Shortmade for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content.

Generated content

Generation features use automated systems and results may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to material created by others. Review every result before publishing. You are responsible for how you use generated videos and for checking third-party rights, including music, trademarks, likenesses, and copyrighted material.

Credits, subscriptions, and payment

Paid plans and credit packages are described at checkout. Credits are not cash and are not transferable unless required by law. Subscriptions renew until canceled. You authorize our payment provider to charge the selected payment method for applicable fees and taxes.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including generation providers and limits. We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers and limits

Shortmade is provided as available to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Shortmade is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
